The mission of the Jackie Aziz AYA Program for Cedars is to effect positive change for young patients and their loved ones impacted by cancer. This program aims to reduce barriers to research and care, improve disease outcomes, and enhance quality of life for AYA patients. Other Donation Opportunities please click here.

The tournament will begin with brunch at the club house, followed by a 12pm shotgun start and a Cocktail & BBQ Reception to close the day.

Registration fee per golfer: $500 - Includes Brunch, Golf & Dinner

Registration Fee for Dinner Only: $150
