Cedars Run for Ovarian Cancer

Cedars Run for Ovarian Cancer - Oct 17 2021

Volunteers

Each year, enthusiastic volunteers come together and commit their time to make the Cedars Run for Ovarian Cancer a success.

Without the help and support of our volunteers, this event simply would not happen. Volunteers are needed in a variety of areas on site as well as leading up to the event.

Event Day Information

Where to go: Danyluk Park in the Town of Mount Royal. You can put the Roosevelt Recreation Center at 60 Roosevelt Ave in your GPS. Parking is available in the many lots surrounding the park or in the streets. You should see the tents in the park behind the Recreation Center: please make your way to the Volunteers tent to check in and get your volunteer identification.

When to arrive: Registration/Information/Food services - 7:45 am
CHEER Volunteers - 8:30 am. You will be dropped off around the course starting at 9 am.

Cedars is going GREEN! Water refill stations will be on site, so please bring a reusable water bottle. Cedars Cancer Foundation strongly discourages the use of single-use plastic water bottles.

All volunteers will be given Snack-packs at check-in, but make sure to have breakfast before arriving.

Thank you again for helping support ovarian cancer awareness.

Please contact Lina Jaugelis-Zatkovic at (514) 656-6662 or Lina.Zatkovic@cedarscancer.ca to register as a volunteer.
